In summer you should take one apple, one cup of curd or almond milk, one spoon of chia seeds and if these seeds are not available then take balinga seeds and 3-4 boiled spinach leaves along with one sugar free bread. Eat 2 slices with boiled eggs. This healthy breakfast will help keep the sugar normal. Apart from this, you can have millet flour bread or barley porridge and fruits for breakfast but do not include bananas, mangoes, grapes etc. in the fruits.

Things that people usually like to eat for breakfast can be dangerous for diabetics. In the morning, wheat flour paratha and fried egg etc. are not useful for diabetic patients. Similarly, although white gram is useful for diabetes, if it contains a lot of ghee and oil, it will cause harm instead of benefit. are White flour and products made from it and also bakery products are not good food for diabetics. In diabetes, breakfast should include foods that contain all the nutrients required by the body, especially in balance with proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
